Create First Routing
Link your inbox to an active integration and enable automated forwarding.
Procedure
1. Open Routings
Create a new routing from the Routings page.
2. Bind source and destination
Select one inbox and one active integration.
3. Name clearly
Use a name like invoice-webhook-prod or support-telegram-alerts.
4. Save and verify status
Ensure routing appears as active in the routing table.
Validation
- Routing status is active.
- Integration referenced by routing is active.
