Frequently Asked Questions

Fast answers for setup, billing, integrations, and reliability concerns.

Why is my webhook not receiving events?

Confirm your integration is active, the routing is active, and the inbox has new messages. Then run a test from Integrations and inspect delivery attempts.

Why is my integration stuck in pending verification?

Complete the verification step required by that provider (for example WhatsApp OTP or Telegram bot linking) and then activate the integration.

Why did a delivery fail or retry?

Failing HTTP responses, timeout, provider limits, or invalid credentials can trigger retries. Check delivery attempts to see HTTP status and error details.

Why can’t I access dashboard features after signup?

If billing is required, complete onboarding and trial activation. Accounts without an active or trialing subscription are redirected to onboarding.

How do plan limits work?

Limits are enforced per account for inboxes, routings, and workflow executions. Review usage in Overview and Billing pages.

How long are logs retained?

Retention depends on plan: Pro includes 10-day retention and Scale includes 90-day retention.

How do I replay a message?

Open the message and trigger replay from the dashboard, or use the replay action during onboarding and activity views.

Can I forward attachments?

Attachment forwarding is available on plans that include the feature (currently Scale and above).

Which integrations are available on each plan?

Pro includes webhook, push, Trello, and Telegram. Scale adds WhatsApp and advanced routing capabilities.

How do I manage team permissions?

Admins can invite and remove members in Team settings. Member role and billing access are enforced by account role checks.

Is MailHook safe for production workflows?

Yes, if you validate destination reliability and credentials. Use retries, delivery monitoring, and staged rollout before critical production use.

How should I migrate from testing to production routing?

Duplicate tested integrations, create production inboxes and routings, run replay-based verification, then switch senders gradually.
